At WrapComfort, our goal is to deliver your order as quickly and smoothly as possible. While we do not offer a choice of courier, we select reliable shipping partners to ensure timely delivery.

Order delivery timeframes include:

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days

  • Standard Shipping: 2–7 business days

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and seasonal demand.


Shipping Availability

At this time, we do not ship to the following locations:

  • Alaska

  • Hawaii

  • Puerto Rico

  • U.S. Virgin Islands

  • American Samoa

  • Guam

  • Marshall Islands

  • Northern Mariana Islands

  • Armed Forces Americas, Europe, or Pacific

We are also unable to deliver to PO Boxes, military bases, or restricted/protected areas. Thank you for your understanding.


Returns Policy

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In original condition

  • In original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Before returning any item, please contact our customer support team to receive return instructions and the correct return address.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


Return Notes

  1. Personalized or custom-order items are not eligible for return.

  2. If the return is due to customer preference, the return shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility.

  3. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  4. No restocking fees are charged for approved returns.


Refund Policy

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 1–8 business days

Late or Missing Refunds
